Founder of Audio Product Academy where he helps audio organisations with implementation of best product management standards through courses, podcast and Audio Product Jams. Formerly Technical Program Manager at Avid Technology where he managed releases of Pro Tools applications and corresponding plugins.
He was responsible for building the agentic AI tools for the entire audio product division at Avid (product managers, programme managers, QA engineers). Previously the Head of Product at My3Daudio and President of Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) Central Europe.
He holds the prestigious New Product Development Professional Certificate (NPDP) and is a musician, instrument designer and producer with specialty in 3D audio productions (ambisonics) with 20+ years of experience.

Dr Tomasz Żernicki
Technical project lead
Tomasz is a co-founder, former CTO and later CEO of Zylia. Their flagship microphone Zylia ZM-1 won the Best of NAMM award in 2018.
He holds a PhD in audio signal processing and telecommunications, has contributed to MPEG audio standardisation since 2007, and is a co-author of MPEG-H 3D Audio, including coding technologies adopted into the standard.
He also served on the AES Technical Committee on Spatial Audio and received the AES Fellow award for his contributions to the domain. He has over 20 patents and 200 publications internationally.
